‘Paula’s mini-mart’ played on the re-launch of their beauty checker ‘BEAUTYPEDIA – check your labels’, which is a type of Wikipedia that checks over the ingredients of beauty products. It comes with the global hashtag: #checkyourlabels. This event was also used as a platform for highlighting new product ranges and giving a deeper dive into the ingredient checker ‘Beautypedia’. Our client, Backlash, invited 100 influencer & media guests throughout the 2 live days. The event was invite only and the guests were welcomed in sessions.
Eventeem were able to supply 2x Brand Ambassadors to work alongside 1x Event Manager whose roles were to man the entrance and welcome guests into the space, briefly explaining the store & what to expect, work on the Sunshine Bakery section and assist during the donut decoration – including cleaning and restocking, keeping guests moving throughout the activation, restocking the giveaway shelves after each session and assisting with set up and backdown.
