Working Wales Roadshow
Careers Wales approached us for support in rolling out a Wales-wide series of events to promote the launch of the Working Wales service, aimed at raising awareness amongst unemployed people and their influencers. We were to advise on campaign concept and mechanic, locations, timescales, production and logistics, then work to plan, organise and implement the roadshow.
Eventeem commissioned a large, branded promotional vehicle to tour Wales, stopping off at major welsh towns and cities and visiting appropriate high footfall locations to reach the target audience in their own environment. The set up would include an abundance of prominent campaign branding to attract interest, with internal and external seating areas to provide a private space for discussion and advice.
We planned the event schedule, developed the roadshow mechanic and consumer journey, sourced and booked promotional space, produced branded giveaways, event kit and uniform for maximum campaign visibility, and provided a team of confident, professional and intuitive promotional staff to work alongside Working Wales Careers Advisors to spread the campaign message and engage with the target audience.
