Innotio appointed eventeem to support the corporate hospitality programme for one of the main sponsors of the UEFA Champions League final; Pepsico. Activating across numerous venues and hosting guests and VIPs from all areas of the business, Pepsico required a diligent and versatile team of VIP hosts and hostesses, capable of representing the brand professionally, and to the highest standard.
Hospitality Staff
With the incredibly high staffing demand for hospitality and promotional staff in Cardiff for the UCL final, personnel were in short supply, months before the event. eventeem decided to hold a casting day as part of the recruitment process for this event, inviting staff from our own network in Wales and beyond. All candidates were subject to a face to face interview and photo shoot before we selected the best 30 to form the Pepsico team.
