Role Overview
We require a business development professional to contribute to the growth of the agency by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through which to sell the agency?s packages and wider services, through email, over the phone and face to face.
Salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying opportunities for new business
- Conducting quality sales activity via email, over the phone and face to face
- Building relationships with prospects from both warm and cold leads
- Converting prospects into customers in line with monthly sales targets
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell packages and services
- Contributing to the agency sales strategy and its implementation
- Providing weekly reports on sales/new business activity
- Working closely with the client services team to onboard new customers
The successful candidate will;
- Have a background in B2B sales and lead generation with a proven track record
- Experience in marketing services and/or event sales would be beneficial
- Possess excellent telephone sales skills
- Ideally have face to face sales experience, or the desire to develop this
- Build relationships quickly, demonstrating a friendly and approachable attitude
- Be professional, self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
- Be comfortable taking ownership and control of their workload and sales pipeline
- Demonstrate effective time management, planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
