Education Begins at Home
Working with Equinox Communications, eventeem were approached to provide staffing support for the Welsh Government’s Education Begins at Home roadshow campaign. Staff would be required to engage with a range of visitors, from children to grandparents, offering tips on how parents & carers can support their child’s education with fun activities at home.
Bilingual teams of Event Managers & Brand Ambassadors
eventeem provided two bilingual teams of one event manager & two brand ambassadors, responsible for the set up & management of the roadshow stand, whilst distributing branded promotional materials throughout the day. Additionally, our staff actively encouraged entering daily prize draws, driving traffic to the campaign’s Facebook page. Behind the scenes, eventeem provided logistical support, organising vehicle hire, storage & daily reporting.
Welsh Government campaigns usually require promotional staff in Cardiff and Wales to be bilingual and we have a sufficient database of Welsh speakers to fulfil those requirements.
