Rituals Sakura Event
Our client, Backlash, transformed a space in Covent Garden into a landscape of Sakura trees made entirely from layers of laser-cut wood. Guests were invited to take time out and journey through the sustainable scene, where they could experience the fleeting beauty of new beginnings and watch it spring to life using Web AR. There was also a retail section, spin-the-wheel prizes to be won, a personalisation area & a spot for hand massages.
Eventeem supplied a confident, enthusiastic and energetic team of Brand Ambassadors to work alongside an Event Manager. The roles of our staff were to greet and direct attendees, encourage passers-by to get involved, encourage participants to strike a pose with the photo op, introduce participants to the activation and assist where required, hand out samples, manage the spin-the-wheel prize giveaway and restock products.
