TfW Metro Activation
The South Wales Metro is an integrated public transport network that makes it easier for people to travel across the Cardiff Capital Region, transforming rail and bus services. Transport for Wales (TfW) wanted to give a small thanks to customers for their patience as they built their new South Wales Metro due to the ongoing disruption as the tracks were being renewed. To do this, they offered free hot drinks across multiple rail stations in South Wales.
Eventeem supplied 2x Brand Ambassadors to work alongside 2x Team Leaders at 32 different locations. The roles of our staff included providing leaflets to the public regarding the upcoming Metro changes as well as promoting the Barista who was also onsite offering tea and coffee.
