Thayers – Natural Remedies since 1847, recently rebranded to appeal to more Gen Z audiences with a bolder and younger look and feel whilst still keeping their product the same over the last 175 years. They wanted to increase brand awareness of their hero product – Facial Toner – and convey their new brand image to a younger Gen Z audience. To do this, they gave away over 100K sachet samples of their toners for customers to try at their two-day activation at BOXPARK and Battersea Power Station. They created a phone booth experience where customers were able to tear-off a special number to dial and ask “What the F*** is a toner?”. A pre-recorded message on the other end of the phone responded, explaining the benefits of a toner, after which 2x mini sachet samples were then dispensed for the customer to collect.
Eventeem supplied 3x Brand Ambassadors at Battersea Power Station and 4x Brand Ambassadors at BOXPARK who worked alongside 1x Event Manager. Their responsibilities included managing the phone booth, monitoring the product display, managing the sampling bins, encouraging people to get involved, and to ultimately spread brand and product awareness.
