eventeem snapshots – ecco customer surveys

This week we are providing staff for our Danish client Retail Wise who conduct customer satisfaction exit questionnaires for a number of brands throughout Europe. This week our staff are representing shoe store Ecco at various UK locations including London, Manchester and Birmingham asking customers about their experience and service received in store, and reporting this back via a smartphone app.
