Our event hosts and hostesses are recruited in line with the highest standards in terms of presentation, personality and work ethic. We only employ event hosts that are hard-working, strive for excellence and have the desire to represent our clients in the best possible light.
As part of our briefing process our event hosts and hostesses are sent strict style guidelines to which they need to adhere, which are approved in advance by our clients, to ensure their presentation is in line with the relevant corporate guidelines and is to a very high standard.
When recruiting event host teams for ongoing work, particularly on behalf of event venues or sports stadiums, we offer our clients an optional casting session to take place at their venue, at which they have the opportunity to meet potential candidates and assess their suitability, alongside our staffing team.
