eventeem snapshots – Careers Wales Employability Skills and Access Programmes roadshow

eventeem snapshots is our chance to provide you with a glimpse into the promotional events we’re staffing across the UK. This February over a two week period our staffing team have worked at various supermarkets across South Wales to raise awareness of the employability support that is on offer from Careers Wales, targeting adults that are currently out of work.

Our promotional staff in Wales were appointed by Golley Slater on behalf of Welsh Government & Careers Wales to engage with the public on the ‘Get into work Roadshow‘.

Visiting stores in different areas meant that the team boosted community engagement with a wide range of target audiences and this approach worked well to spread the campaign message as far as possible. Having Careers Wales staff on hand to give advice on the spot was definitely beneficial for visitors to the stand.

The campaign received a very positive response and it seemed a large proportion of the people the team engaged with were keen to go on to receive further help and advice.
